Faculty and Academics

Faculty: Only a few teachers at Amity Law School, Noida are excellent.

Class hours: 9.30 am to 4 pm (No exemption for moots or internships or even sickness for that matter; little social life)

Course structure: It has been revised from 2014 batch. But 2013 and below still have 7 subjects per semester.

Evaluation: Less Marks, some teachers are a bit biased and 3 sets of exams per semester along with Board viva for every subject.

Student Culture and Activities

Little encouragement exists to extra-curricular activities in this college.

Location

Amity Campus is amazing.

It has everything from a bowling alley to play stations, from a movie theater to a gym.

It has amazing food, inside and outside campus.

Placements

We have to find internships and jobs on our own.

There is little support from the faculty.

Hardly any recruiters come to our college.

If litigation is your thing, join Amity.

Administration and Fees

The administration at Amity is not that effective and does things last minute.

Fees is less as compared to other colleges: Rs. 66,200 only.

Tell us about the infrastructure of your college

Hostels are really good at Amity.

Academic block was good and spacious but now the private students’ space has been taken over by the college and more classes have been built there that makes the block suffocating.

Some class rooms are spacious and some are too small and suffocating.

The library at Amity is too small.

Mess is good.

Other things

No ragging.
