Faculty and Academics

Class Hours: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Faculty of all the departments are young or friendly in nature with having deep knowledge in their respective fields.

Course structure i.e., B.A.LL.B, MBA, B.Ed etc. are offered by AMU, each having semester system.

Evaluation Method is too strict at our campus, which ensures that students work hard in their respective fields.

Separate Judiciary Coaching classes are organised by AMU free of charge. However, it has strict rules & regulations.

Student Culture and Activities

Students of AMU are active. Many law students here aspire to join the judiciary: which limits their participation in extra-curricular activities, except those organised by the law department of AMU.

There is a moot-court in our course of study, which is quite important in the career of a law student.

There are also many co-curricular activities organised by AMU: street play, extempore, debates, essay writing competitions, moots etc.

There is a sports week in each semester to assess the ability of the students.

Every year there is a LAW FEST organised at departmental level by AMU.

All the hostelers are free to enjoy the time after classes. However, in Kerala the temperature is not conducive to exploring the place.

There different societies within AMU too, such as: Eco-society, Editorial society, Anti-ragging society, Judiciary Coaching Class Society, Womens’ Cell etc.

Location

AMU ‘s law campus is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by the green valleys.

This area comes under the Silent Valley region.

Its environment is co-operative for those who want to study seriously or are laborious in nature.

There is no pollution here (neither air nor noise).

At the top of hills all facilities will soon available.

At 3 km distance from AMU ‘s campus, there is a small town named Cherukara where there are many shops which may fulfill the basic needs of the students. The nearest city is 12 kms away from the campus which has number of malls, shops etc.

Placements

AMU ‘s campus is established newly, explaining the lack of effective placements. However, students are allowed to sit for placements through the concerned cell in the main branch of AMU in Aligarh.

The Alumni Network of AMU is quite wide, as it is a century old university.

The students of AMU ‘s law departments are continuously engaged in internships in Supreme court, High Courts, National Judicial Academy Bhopal etc.

Administration and Fees

Administration of our campus is too strict towards the environment of AMU campus as well as the students.

The administrative staff is punctual with time or their duties.

Fees structure of our campus or courses is too cheap because its a part of a government university i.e., Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Admission fees

B.A.LL.B(Hons)- 13,000

MBA- Rs. 13,945

B.Ed.- Rs. 7,375

Other things

Being a newly appointed campus of our university it is favorable to us and  its environment if too attractable in nature and the locality or people around this campus are too co-operative and friendly.

You must join with our campus and for more details or facilities you can access our Facebook page or website or on contact numbers.

Our administration imposes fine quite often.
