The Law Commission of India has invited comments/views on its consultaiton papers on (1) Media Law and (2) Capital Punishment.
The announcement can be viewed at the bottom right side of the Law Commission’s website here.
Those desirous of submitting suggestions/comments to the Law Commission of India may send their written suggestions/comments either in English or Hindi to the Member Secretary, Law Commission of India, Hindustan Times House, 14th Floor, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110 001. E-mail: [email protected] within 30 days.
NOTE: The exact dates of publication of both the papers is not know, for now (The documents say “May 2014”). We are trying to find it out. Only then will the ‘within 30 days’ make sense. If anyone has any information on this, please let us know via a comment.
