The position of research and advocacy officer requires a candidate with at least 3-4 years of experience in the area of women’s rights and law to undertake research and to translate the research into advocacy agenda for policy reform.

Thematic familiarity with debates relating to sexuality and violence against women is necessary. Familiarity with relevant developments in human rights law, particularly the CEDAW, will be desirable.
