Interns working at Transparency International India were mainly from 4th or 5th year from different law colleges like HNLU, Raipur, Jindal Law school, Nirma Institute of Law and many more.

On the first day we were given to read an annual report published by TII itself. Upon your readings question were to be asked by Director of TII.

After thoroughly reading the annual report next stage comes the filing of RTI which is the main part of an Internship. Me and my co-interns filed 28 RTIs in all the states. All these RTIs were related to corruption Issues. Every single day the Director use to take the report of an Intern as to how they are working which shows their sincerity towards their work.

Then cases solved by TII was given to seniors to read it and prepare a writing on that particular case. We were given different topics on which we had to prepare the paper. I was provided with topic First Information Report (FIR). After preparing the paper it was directly sent to director for further amendments.

Every day we had to do some or the other work at Transparency International.

Work environment, people

As mention above they were co-interns also from various colleges. We shared a cordial relation with each other. We used to the work with each other’s support. Office members at TII were also very friendly. Some time we all used to have lunch together.

There was separate wifi facility for interns.
