Advaya Legal, a full service law firm is looking to take interns at its Corporate and  Litigation offices in Mumbai for the month  of OCTOBER 2016.

Deadline

Applications are invited till 20th September, 2016.

Who can apply?

Law Students in their 4th and 5th Year (of 5 year course) and law students of 3rd Year (of 3 year course) are eligible to apply.

All other applications will stand automatically rejected.

Stipend

The selected intern will be given a stipend of up to a maximum of Rs. 4000 which shall be determined based on performance and attendance.

Duration

At the present moment, the internship is only being offered for one month, however depending on performance, the Firm may chose to offer an extension to the intern if requested.

Work

Corporate Interns will be responsible for research in corporate law, intellectual property law, contract law, foreign investment law, media law, aviation law, among others. Corporate Interns may also be asked to assist in contractual reviews and drafting of replies to clients or opposite parties.

Litgation interns will be responsible for research on arbitration act, company petitions, land acquisition matters etc. Litigation interns will also be responsible for preparation of list of dates in a new matters and looking up for judgments relevant to the matter.

Please note that the firm is expanding and there may be vacancies also in the near future. We prefer to recruit from our pool of interns.
