I applied through a friend of mine who knew the HR Head.

Duration in weeks. Days of work per week. Timings.

My internship was for one month and it was 6 days a week.

Timings were 9.30 till 6.00 but interns are allowed to leave little early if there is no work but of course you have to take permission.

First impression, first day, formalities

On the first day I was introduced to everyone. Rajesh Sir (The Managing Partne ) took a casual interview of me and instructed about the kind of work I was required to do. There were no formalities as such .

Main tasks

My main task was to prepare summaries, briefs and assist associates in their research work. In the beginning I used to attend court hearings until the courts closed for the summer vacation.

Work environment, people

Work environment was very friendly. Everyone including the staff treated me well. If you have a problem you can approach anyone and they are happy to help you.

During lunch time we had long chats and they would offer me home-cooked food as they knew I stayed in PG and used to order food.

Not this warm!

Not this warm!

The best things AND the bad things

BEST THINGS

  • work environment
  • office (It was 10 minutes walk from my PG)
  • lots of work (research + drafting)

BAD THINGS

  • there was no good +cheap restaurant near by

Stipend/month

Nope

Accommodation etc. What did you to do chill in and around the office and the place of stay?

Sarita Vihar has lots of good P.Gs and its not very far away from Jasola. They would cost you around 6000. Do not call the brokers instead use Just dial( save brokerage).

If I had no work I would talk to someone or on the phone(outside) or you could just order tea or coffee and chill. You would never feel bored there. Sometimes in the evening Sir would order snacks for everyone. That was really nice. I really liked being in the office.

On Sundays I would chill in H-pocket market or visit my friends in Delhi.
