Air conditioner are there in the chambers where I worked.

Case studies were given which were already settled and also which are pending.

Different types of cases like family disputes, banking industries recovery of debts.

Work environment and people

Work environment is very good and all staffs are very cooperative.

Best things

No overburden or pressure is given. You can work without pressure and with peace of mind.

Bad things

I was doing during summer so was unable to attend the Lok Adalats and other mediation proceedings.

Biggest Lessons

Yes mediation works better than litigation and is recommended for speedy settlement of dispute.

I’ll recommend every one to opt for mediation rather going to litigation if can be made through the former.
