I was assigned with various types of cases- Matrimonial cases, Labor cases and Criminal Cases.
At the desk work and proceedings, I had been assigned with other tasks-
• Relevant Research Work
• Drafted proper arguments
• Writing notes and articles based on her study
• Attended Client counseling
I attended High Court & Supreme Court hearings as well.
Work environment and people
The AOR is an excellent teacher. He makes everything so simple and easy to learn. The work environment was pretty good.
I learned to draft case memos and legal notices. Also, the client counseling used to get very interesting at times.
The office used to get quite congested after lunch, since all the associates and other advocates would be back after court hours.
Litigation requires a lot of time to understand. Almost your whole day would be gone in serving your clients. It simply requires hard work, patience and a lot of dedication.Read More
