Duration of internship and timings
I worked there for 4 weeks and I worked from 10 AM to 4 PM, but they were cool if I wanted to take off early.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The very first day, I was made to introduce whole team. I was told about the work they are engaged in. As there were not many people in the team and office was spacious I was given the freedom to choose between 3 rooms.
But I choose to sit by Mr. Gupta as he handle maximum cases, it helped me to understand client counselling also.
My main task was to go through files for documents and sometimes I can sit by client counselling, as firm mainly deals in tax consultation.
Work environment and people
Work environment was healthy, little bit boring as workload was not that much. But the best part was that both of the Founding partners were Taxation Commissioners and hence have lot of experience, they constantly guided me, and special attention was given to me which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Best thing was guidance to legal profession by experienced people.
Work was boring and after certain extent one tends to get frustrated.

3. You need to love what you do in order to succeed otherwise you will end up frustrated.Read More
