GNLU Centre for Intellectual Property Rights’ one day workshop on “Intellectual Property Laws for the Traditional and Internet Based Businesses” on 27th July 2016.

About the Workshop:

The workshop is being conducted by Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Gujarat National Law University in collaboration with the US Embassy and the Microsoft Chair for IPR, GNLU. This workshop entails:

  • A lecture on “Intellectual Property Law for Traditional and Internet Based Businesses.” by Mr. Hillel Parness, adjunct faculty at Colombia Law University and an American IPR attorney at Parness Law Firms.
  • A panel discussion on “The Interface Between Intellectual Property Laws And The Internet With Particular Reference To Internet Based Businesses”

The participants of the workshop shall be given a certificate.

Academicians, Entrepreneurs, IP Professionals, PhD Scholars and Students are welcome.
