    Thank you Sameer for the detailed internal information.

  5. Ok, so i enquired with Sarvani regarding the above mentioned internship with A.K. Associates and the following is what I have been informed by her;

    1. The internship will be probationary for a period of the initial 3 months with no stipend, thereafter the intern may receive “some” stipend subject to the kind of matters that he/she works on, which essentially means there is a healthy chance of working pro-bono.

    2. The point-of-contact i.e. Sarvani was reluctant to specify any quantitative figure in respect to the stipend offered, which seems rather unusual and contrary to the negotiable clause mentioned in the prospectus.

    3. On enquiring about PPOs, the point-of-contact was clear that there are none, also there seems to scope of extension after 6 months, in so far as interns are concerned, for final semester students, perhaps.

    The above is without malice or prejudice and in the best interest of all concerned applicants, including myself.
