1st Annual Jindal Technology Law & Policy International Moot Court Competition 2016: Submit Interest by Jan 18

Jindal Global Law School announces the 1st Annual Jindal Technology Law & Policy International Moot Court Competition (Jindal Moot) scheduled for April 28th – May 1st, 2016 in New Delhi, India.

The first edition of the Jindal Moot is intended to firmly establish a template for future competitions of this nature.

The Jindal Moot is being led by Jindal Initiative for Research in IP and Competition (JIRICO) in association with the Jindal Moot Court Society (MCS).

The Moot participation is by invitation only.

Oral Rounds

The oral rounds of this competition will take place before an eminent panel of judges which would include members of the bench, bar, regulatory bodies, industry and academia.

Representation

Representation will be through a team of three (3) students, consisting of two (2) speakers and one (1) researcher.

Eligibility

All participants must be full-time candidates presently enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme in law.

The written memorials and oral rounds will be judged by experts in the subject area.

Expression of Interest and Deadline

Expressions of interest by way of a formal email from the Moot Court Faculty Director may be sent to us by January 18, 2016 (Monday).

Upon receipt of the same, the Jindal Moot Registration Committee will coordinate to register the interested team and send across the invitation.

Deadline

Details (including email ids and phone numbers) of the members of the team representing the University will then be required to be shared no later than January 22, 2016 (Friday).
